- Julie is a strong believer in our Constitution, (as written) and the rule of law. As Precinct chairwoman, she has worked diligently within the Republican party to ensure that election integrity becomes the norm in our Country. Restoring election confidence with the American people and implementing a secure voting process that will eliminate voting irregularities foreign and domestic is her passion.

- Tim Murphy was born and raised in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. After a 4 year stint in the US Navy as an Electronics Technician onboard a Naval Destroyer, he moved to Houston, Texas where he currently resides. Tim owns his own business and has worked in sales for various companies. He has one daughter and one granddaughter and has been active with UCA since its inception. Tim will spearhead our future plans for building business incubators with the purpose of developing budding entrepreneurs. Tim believes in offering hope to the hopeless by mentoring and has a passion for encouraging people to succeed.
